Characteristics: 8.1% ABV | 25 IBU | 29 SRM
Base Recipe: Saison
Grains:
28 oz. Pilsner
8 oz. Wheat Malt
24 oz. Vienna Malt
3 oz. Crystal 120
20 oz. Two-Row Pale
3 oz. Chocolate Malt
Hops:.2 oz. Summit as bittering
.2 oz. Amarillo as bittering
.1 oz. Saaz as flavor
.2 oz. Cascade as flavor
.2 oz. Saaz as aroma
Dry Hops:.3 oz Simcoe
Dry Hops Additions*Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Clove
Ginger
