Characteristics: 6.4% ABV | 45 IBU | 30 SRM
Base Recipe: American Porter
Grains:
- 64 oz. American Two-Row Pale
- 3 oz. Crystal 80L
- 5 oz. Rye
- 3 oz. Roasted Barley
Hops:
- .5 oz. Summit as bittering
- .3 oz. Centennial as bittering
- .3 oz. Saaz as flavor
Dry Hops:
- .1 oz. Cascade
- .1 oz. Northern Brewer
