Today Dan Madsen is the head of PR & Marketing for HerUniverse, the Ashley Eckstein (Ahsoka Tano) fangirl fashion line. But before that he was better known as the president of the official Star Wars fan club and publisher of Star Wars Insider from 1987 to 2001.
Dan shared stories with us about meeting with George Lucas, being charged to reignite the fan club, the first Star Wars Celebration and the bit part he played in The Phantom Menace. We also dug into working with Ashley Eckstein and just how badass her character, Ahsoka, really is.
